Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever.
Oh God the King eternal, who divides the day from the darkness, and has turned the shadow of death into the light of morning; I pray that this day you will incline my heart to keep your commandments, driving temptation from my mind. Guide my feet into the way of peace; that having done your will with cheerfulness while it was day, I may, when the night comes, rejoice in giving you thanks for a day lived in your presence; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
For our restful sleep at night,
For the rain and sunshine bright,Finally, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, let me think about these things. What I have learned and received, let me do; and the God of peace be with us all.
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:20)

I'd like to recommend BibleStudy.org for anyone who wants a good additional resource for reading and understanding the Bible.
As of April 23, 2010, dailyprayer.us has reached the milestone of 10,000 hits per month! Since we have almost no budget and cannot afford a lot of advertising or "Search Engine Optimization", the growth is mostly word-of-mouth or from search engines. The site is a lot of work, and it makes me really happy to know that there are people who use it.
Also, dailyprayer.us has made it to the first page of Google, Bing, and Ask.com under the search terms "daily prayer" and/or "daily prayers". I just pray that my work honors God and that my happiness is devoid of any pride.
